Apo Plateau is located to the south west of Desperado Province. Unlike the surrounding arid area, it seems bountiful and welcoming; grass and several kinds of plants and trees grow there. A lot of Apo inhabit the plateau, with an 'incredibly powerful' Super-Grow form Apo standing at the summit, which is located to its north-west. When talked to, this Apo smiles at you, and gifts you an Apo's Light.
