Jungro is a large forest rodent that constantly forages for the nutritious oversized seeds that can be found near the edge of Windy Province's deep forest. A thick vine wraps around its body, seemingly growing from where one would expect a tail. The vine moves freely, often seeming to have a personality of its own and detecting and swiping at threats the Jungro seems none the wiser to. The flower on Jungro's head is actually a second vine, albeit a very short and curious one. In a life or death situation this vine will extend into a sharpened horn for just a moment, hopefully skewering the predator hunting this monster. If this ability is used Jungro will become quite exhausted and lethargic, requiring an abundance of nutritious seeds in order to restore its vitality.

When Jungro is exposed to the Super Gro item it undergoes a rapid transformation - into Jungro SG! Jungro's vines take on a mind of their own and react to threats without any conscious action on Jungro's part, covering blind-spots and making the otherwise calm Jungro into a formidable and capable attacker!
