Romninoct are known to latch onto enemies from their perches deep inside caves and forests. Striking quickly, they scrappily cling to their foes and sink their teeth into the prey. Romninoct's eyes glow as they sap the energy of their victims. Upon inspection, the victim of Romninoct will be found to have no seeping from their wounds or to be short on blood. Instead, the victim is left deeply energy-less. It is theorized that Romninoct taps into the natural energy systems of the body, however, for years after the attack the victim will remain quite lethargic - proportional to the intensity of the draining. For some this is proof enough that Romninoct is actually stealing the life energy or soul of the victim. While Hewston scientists insist that such a thing is impossible, the word of the people seems to have made up its mind.
