So who's that little guy that hangs out in the upper part of the battle screen anyway? That, my friends, is a Dilla. Dilla are helpless little Monsters. They have no battle prowess, no special moves and just enjoy laying about. Looking into a Dilla's eyes, they are quite vacant! They also come in a variety of colors and patterns. A Monster without special abilities? Why would you want to carry one around? Well, as you build synergy you may find yourself in a position where you must take a hit. In that situation, you could send out your Dilla, absorbing a hit and vanishing for the rest of the battle. Some Dilla, upon getting hit can even release energy that inflicts status effects, lowers stats, etc. of the enemy Monster.
