Known as "The Death Mantis" this monster seeks the sick and wounded in order to finish them off. Almost exclusively preying on rotten and diseased flesh, this monster acts like an immune system in the ecosystems in which it dwells. It seems unaffected by any disease. Despite its seemingly important role it is met with fear and caution from those with superstitious beliefs. Able to blend into the shadows, move quickly and silently while even being able to fly, this Monster exhibits a high level of skill when stalking targets and can seem to appear out of nowhere. This Monster, possessing no understanding of the capabilities of human medicine, means anyone travelling injured or sick in Thanatis territory must exercise extreme caution.
