Jasper is the Chief Tamer of Mill Town.

Story within the events of the game

He is a greedy individual who pressures the Mayor of Mill Town into handing over the mining rights to Dew Cave to himself. After he is defeated by the Player, he attempts to escape an angry mob by taking a boat out to the ocean, where he is subsequently eaten alive by an Epheal. Afterwards, the Player receives their first Tamer Level.

Appearance

Jasper is a bald, middle aged man who wears a brown top, white pants and brown boots.
