Trivia[edit]

  • Oukochou was a guest design monster by artist Saiko Takaki, who is best known for her work as the mangaka of Vampire Hunter D, and character designer/illustrator for the Keitai Denjuu Telefang monster taming series.
  • Oukochou (オウコチョウ, peacock flower) is the Japanese name for the plant Caesalpinia pulcherrima, as a nod to Telefang 1 where all Denjuu had plant-themed names.
